From Shaoxing to the World — Your Trusted One-Stop Fabric Partner

In June 2016, Peggy Zhang left Itochu Textile to establish Shaoxing Snow Textile Co., Ltd. in Shaoxing city, home to the world-renowned China Textile City. The company was founded with a clear vision: to be a comprehensive, one-stop fabric supplier for global buyers.

Initially, Snow Textile focused primarily on the domestic market. As international demand grew, we expanded our reach through a trusted export agent. In 2025, we took a significant step forward by establishing Ruidong (Shaoxing) Import and Export Co., Ltd. to better serve our overseas clients directly.

We supply high-end and mid-range knit and woven fabrics to a diverse clientele, including appointed garment factories, textile trading companies, wholesalers, distributors, online retailers, and independent designers—all of whom cater to leading apparel brands and retailers across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

These fabrics are crafted from natural, man-made cellulosic, and synthetic fibers and are available in piece-dyed, yarn-dyed, or printed finishes. While the majority of our production is custom-made to client specifications, we also maintain a curated selection of in-stock fabrics for immediate delivery.

Our long-term cooperative fabric mills possess the latest vertically integrated machinery for knitting (or weaving), pre-treatment, dyeing, printing, finishing, and packaging, as well as necessary in-house testing equipment with cutting-edge technology. This enables us to achieve stable quality and efficient production. Our partner mills have skilled professionals who excel at handling critical work.

Strict Quality Control

We are committed to delivering the highest quality fabric to garment factories for apparel brands and retailers. We work hard to ensure the fabrics meet or even surpass clients’ needs and expectations.

Our experienced quality control staff work in the mills to inspect the fabric at every stage of production. We always closely monitor the production process to ensure on-time delivery, and the finished fabrics will be fully inspected before shipment according to the 4-point system.
